We are a Fully Registered Agribusiness Company in the Republic of Uganda, incorporated under the Companies Act (CAP 110 of the Laws of Uganda). The company was incorporated on the 2nd of June 2009. In terms of legal status, we are a private company limited by shares. Our Certificate of Incorporation number is 108952.

Our galvanizing Vision is to become the leading agribusiness enterprise in transformation of subsistence farming into sustainable commercial agriculture plus generation and use of clean renewable energy.

Our Mission is to significantly contribute towards sustainable commercially oriented agriculture and food security by delivering high quality agricultural inputs, products and services plus generation and use of clean renewable energy.
